PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment in full on the day of consultation for all services is required.

If you have Private Health Insurance then Private health fund rebates may apply (health fund dependent)

We are a cashless facility and for your convenience offer HICAPS (medicare/health fund rebates) & EFTPOS facilities for all your payment needs. Additional costs will apply should you not be able to may full payment on the day of consultation. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure all our valued patients have access to our clinicians & assist us to run on time, please let us know if you are not be able to attend your appointment (or are running late).

We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy at CSMC. Fees (up to the full consultation fee) may be enforced should you cancel within this time frame, fail to attend or are significantly late for your appointment.

Cancellation of your appointment can be done easily online via the link on your online booking confirmation email.
